Shawn Halan, born and raised the son of an architect/builder in Michigan, grew up walking properties, tracing his father?s architectural sketches, and honing his passion for design.

Shawn estudió bienes raíces y obtuvo su diploma en bienes raíces de la Universidad de Nueva York y comenzó su carrera en bienes raíces con The John J Reynolds, Company, luego adquirida por Helmsley Spear.
