Kerry is a long-time resident of South Orange County who counts herself lucky to live in this coastal paradise. She was born in New York, and moved to the Los Angeles area when she was 12 years old. The oldest of five children, she developed the attributes of leadership and responsibility at an early age. “East coast bred and west coast buttered”, Kerry’s connection to both coasts gives her a unique edge in her real estate practice, she is attuned to the different business and communication styles of her varied clientele.
After attending the University of California, San Diego, Kerry began working as a litigation paralegal for a law firm that specialized in real estate transactions. She gained a wealth of real estate knowledge through her career with several large firms dealing with numerous contracts and complex litigation. She always knew she would become a Realtor and apply this knowledge, helping her clients experience successful real estate transactions. Through her years of litigation, she has developed the wisdom of a seasoned negotiator.
Kerry, her husband Jeff and daughters, Samantha and Sophia, love to travel, enjoy the beach and share outdoor activities like skiing and hiking. Kerry is an avid tennis player, learning the sport as a child and still plays competitively. She volunteers at Mission Hospital, The Alzheimer’s Foundation and numerous charities throughout the community. She has a goal of bringing her family together to participate with Habitat for Humanity.
