Danielle’ “Dani” Parks started out in the workforce as a substitute Special Education Teacher. I loved helping kids who had educational challenges – Danielle’ was there to help them, but really, they were the ones who taught her so many important things like patience, compassion, and gratitude. She loved teaching but she initially wanted something a bit more flexible for her family. A close friend of hers had entered into the lending world and she said Dani’s personality and knowledge of the area fit the Real Estate Sales Agent profile to a tee. In 2002 she earned her license, and after her first transaction, she knew this was her thing! Dani absolutely loved every part of helping people find their real estate “matches.” Danielle’s area of coverage extends across the Inland Empire, surrounding cities, and beach communities. She works with clients who buy and sell the luxury market, midrange, entry-level, and investment flip properties. She also works with property development with her Paradyme Team. She is a Board member of Paradyme Investments and recently became involved with Common Ground Media as their Relationship Manager. Dani finds being involved and knowledgeable on many levels makes her experience in Real Estate even stronger. Danielle’s resume on the real estate side is everything from multi-family development, duplexes, and single-family homes. She believes in excellent client care with a personal touch that is vital to the success of her business, especially in today’s hi-tech world. Building relationships is key over the decades of working with wonderful clients, developers, and investors. Dani has built a strong referral-based business and earned rank as one of the Top Producing Agents in the area. Her life’s philosophy is pretty simple actually – Treat people the way you’d want to be treated. It never fails. Be kind and work hard.
Danielle’ believes it is important to show her daughters that you can find the things in life that make you happy, energized, and fulfilled. Every day she shows them that they can be independent, well-rounded, be great at their profession, and have quality time to enjoy family life. Danielle’ raised three amazing daughters who were very active in sports. All those hours of practice, driving to tournaments, late-night homework sessions, and hard work really paid off. Delaney is her youngest – initially, she started college with a Water Polo Scholarship at SDSU, was injured, and has put all her energy into becoming a teacher. Danielle’ is so incredibly excited for her! Her middle daughter Chelsea graduated from Long Beach State on a Water Polo scholarship too. She is a true mermaid! She played water polo professionally in Australia after graduating from college and is now loving her career as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. Ashley is Dani’s eldest daughter – her “land animal” who graduated from UCR on a soccer scholarship. She was an excellent competitor, student, employee, and now an incredible Mom. Tough as can be! While attending college, she met and married Joseph Kelly who pitches for the Los Angeles Dodgers but first experienced winning a World Series with the Boston Red Sox. They live the life of a “baseball family” who lives in Southern California during the season and Arizona in the off-season. Joe is the son she never had! Thank goodness for her flight benefits because she has three grandchildren in which the twins are the youngest addition to our family! Dani is an incredibly proud Mom and “Grammie” who’s excited about the future! The future of her family. They all enjoy the local communities, neighboring cities, and beach towns that are very desirable with beautiful homes, award-winning schools, pristine parks, ocean, nature & fitness trails, and many more wonderful amenities.
Danielle’s latest endeavor is digging into land for affordable housing. We have a stigma that homeless people are people that “want to be there.” There are many families, especially during these tumultuous times that are a couple of paychecks away from losing everything. It’s time to be a forward thinker and find a good place for those in transition. She is working on a team to change the world a little at a time and want to include Common Ground Media in the process. Philanthropy is a must! Danielle’ is excited to be here with Agent, Inc. and will be spreading the word!
