住在纽波特海滩

As part of the city of Newport Beach, Corona del Mar has a mid-latitude semi-arid climate with Mediterranean characteristics. As such, it exhibits weak temperature variation on the day-to-day basis as well as on the seasonal basis, particularly when compared to cities that are just a few miles inland from the ocean. The Pacific Ocean is largely responsible for this climate, as it helps to warm the temperatures in the winter while helping to cool them in the summer.

Located in Orange County, the seaside city of Newport had a population of over 85,000 according to the 2010 census. Both the median family income and property values within the city are consistently ranked higher than national rankings. In addition, the median value for a home in the city exceeds $1 million.
